 Hi. Sadness, problem, etc is the unlimited power that god give to us. We should be grateful to those things. If god gave you problem, it means you should convert that problem into your greatness. Break up with gf? Gather that energy, that anger, convert it into positive things. Do workout as hard as you can. Study as hard as you can. Be the best version of yourself with those energy. Don’t let those energy consume you. Consume that energy into positive things. If I can do it, you should also can do it.
